The Bledsoe building is an 11,709 square foot office building located at the corner of Norwood and Bledsoe Street in Fort Worth in the newly developed area east of the Modern Art Museum, just south of 7th Street. It is situated within one block of the new restaurants, retail shops, a movie theatre and surrounded by high-end residential developments. This building was purchased in 2014. It was previously a cinderblock garage but was recently renovated into luxury office space, leased 100%, and sold.
